Record Grades

WE SELL USED RECORDS. Every record sold will be in the original album jacket.  We make every effort to accurately grade the records we sell.  We use a scale of 5 (factory sealed) to 1 (copyright only. No guarantee record will play.)  Most of the records we sell are grade 3 (will play through with no skips).  Below is more information about our grading system.

Grade 5:  Record is factory sealed by the manufacturer

Grade 4:  Record plays with minimal clicks or pops

Grade 3:  Record plays through without skips but may have some pops and clicks.

Grade 2:  Record plays but may have skips and/or other imperfections including excessive pops and clicks.

Grade 1:  Record sold as a copyright only.  No guarantee the record will play.
